You can apply for a Red-ALERT studentship to study at one of our 4 higher education institutions.
Funded PhD Studentships
Red-ALERT is a UKRI (NERC) funded Centre for Doctoral Training, offering up to a maximum of 16 fully-funded studentships across the University of Bath; Bangor University; Cardiff University; and the university of Exeter, starting in October each year.
A NERC Studentship covers:

Our PhD studentships are built around research projects, co-created between academic supervisors from one of our 5 partner institutions, and scientists working across industry and government institutions.
